| Do you Refund..? Any returns shall be notified to me within 14 days of the posting/invoice date....You must contact me before returning items and give the reason... No high-grading...ie Buying ten and returning the "worst" three of the lot. Any item which is broken or faulty will be replaced. At my discretion. If you can send a scan or photo it is much quicker and cheaper than physically returning the item... Items must then be returned within 21 days of invoicing. Items will not be accepted after 21 days from invoice date ...NO EXCEPTIONS. beadinspired.com is NOT responsible for postage on returned items . |
| OOOOPS...I have forgotten to order something can I add it on to my previous order...??? or I have made another order can it be posted with the previous one..?? NO....Please ensure that ALL items are ordered at once. Due to an increase of "forgetfullnes" I am having to repull and restock and reprint many orders. This all takes time. ARE THE BEADS DYED...? Yes mostly beads are dyed now days to enhance the colour. While I cannot guarantee to have noted all dyed beads. I would insist to please rinse beads in warm soapy water if in doubt. I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by dye leaking or damaging other beads/clothes. Or reaction to skin etc... |
